Hello! Sandybell

Sandybell is a spirited young girl who lives in Scotland with her father. Her days are spent causing trouble with her friends and her dog named Oliver. One day, Sandybell encounters Kitty, a mean-spirited young lady who lives an estate near the village. She also meets the Countess of Wellington, a kind woman who lives in her family's castle. Kitty frequently visits the Countess in an attempt to win the heart of her son, Marc. When Marc falls in love with Sandybell, Kitty becomes her heated rival. While tending to the Countess's garden, Sandybell is reminded of her missing mother and continues to dream about the day when they will be reunited...
